  WELCOME

Welcome to this special edition of Life Matters which we hope will be of interest to you.

Collyer Bristow has announced the launch of its CyberStalking Unit (CSU) consisting of a team of lawyers advising victims of cyberstalking, cyberharassment and cyberbullying. The CSU has been established in response to this growing problem and is, we believe, the first of its kind.

The CSU is headed up by partner Rhory Robertson, who works closely with leading charities, organisations, employers and schools, offering support and advice to victims of cyberstalking, harassment and bullying. Rhory is currently participating in a series of Home Office road-shows which will focus on awareness raising, training, guidance and the importance of a multi-agency approach to tackling stalking and harassment. To celebrate the launch of the CSU, Collyer Bristow has prepared this special edition of Life Matters featuring a selection of articles from leaders in this field, highlighting the difficulties faced by victims and the steps that victims can take to stand up to their perpetrators.
